The whole house electric installation is connected via copper cable to an effective earth system made of approximately 3 square metres of galvanised steel board buried in the little garden in front of the house.

As you may know there are mainly two places in Europe for the trade of precious stones: Antwerpen in Belgium, and Carrara in Tuscany. It is from the 2nd one that this magnificent black slate comes from. We will use it for the ground floor and the first floor.

Comme vous le savez sans doute, il y deux plaques tournantes en Europe pour le commerce des pierres précieuses, Anvers en Belgique et Carrare en Italie. C'est de cette dernière que provient cette magnifique ardoise noire que nous utiliserons pour les sols du RdC et 1er étage.

Like every year at the end of march the river has appeared. Here seen from the 2nd floor. Its name fiumelatte, which means milk river, comes from its typical froth.

Fin Mars, la rivière est de retour comme le veut la tradition. Ici la photo est prise du 2ème étage de la maison. Son nom Fiumelatte (littéralement rivièrelait) n'est pas usurpé!
